Why does Murmury start without subtitles?+
Because subtitles make your eyes lead. Murmury starts with sound so your ear catches stress, pitch, pauses, reductions, and real spoken rhythm before text explains it.
Is Murmury anti-grammar?+
No. Grammar still matters. The order changes: hear the pattern, mimic it, then learn the rule when your brain has a real moment to attach it to.
What if I barely understand the clip?+
That is useful data. The lesson checks what landed, explains the missing piece, then gives you The Reveal: the same scene replayed with a better ear.

Where should I start?+
Start with Everyday 1: A Good First Impression. Follow three steps: Watch, Mimic and Speak. Vocabulary, grammar and quick checks are part of that loop. You can also choose the Friends track from the lesson menu.
Do I have to speak out loud?+
Yes, if you want the method to work properly. Murmury trains the movement of English: stress, rhythm, intonation, and timing.
Can I replay the video?+
Yes. Rewatching is the point. The second watch shows you what changed after the explanation and mimic step.

Yes. The page and lesson flow are designed for phone and desktop, with touch-sized buttons and short clip-based steps.
Do I need an account?+
No account is needed. Progress is saved in this browser on this device; it does not sync elsewhere. Clearing site data removes it. Recordings remain available only while the lesson page stays open.
